PHASE 1: SECURE YOUR DAY
The first step is to choose your preferred day (or days) on my calendar and pay the 50% deposit to secure your spot. I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to give yourself plenty of time for the prep work.
PHASE 2: STRATEGY + PREP
Once you're booked in, you'll receive a welcome email with your guided 'prep work' and a link to book our Strategy Call. During this call, we'll dive deep into your vision and set clear goals for our day. You’ll prioritise your to-do list so I know exactly what to focus on first to make the biggest impact.
PHASE 3: THE INTENSIVE
This is where the magic happens! I get straight to work at 9 am, bringing your vision to life. Whether we're building a new website or mapping out your marketing strategy, we'll communicate via WhatsApp for real-time collaboration and feedback, making it a fun and incredibly productive day.PHASE 4: HANDOVER + SUPPORT
We end the intensive with a Handover Call to review all the completed work and discuss your next steps. Your project also includes 7 days of my dedicated post-intensive support for any small questions or tweaks that pop up.
PLEASE NOTE:
When you book an "Intensive", you are booking my dedicated time and expertise, not a fixed list of deliverables. How much we accomplish depends on your prep work and timely feedback throughout the day. I promise to work quickly and efficiently to achieve incredible, tangible results.

How does the Website in a Day process work?My process is streamlined and organised to ensure we achieve maximum results in our day together. Here’s a breakdown of the journey from start to launch. PHASE 1: SECURE YOUR DESIGN DAY Ready to get started? The first step is to browse my calendar and choose a Design Day that works for you. Be sure to leave yourself a week or two beforehand to complete the prep work. Once you’ve booked your preferred day and paid the 50% deposit, your website transformation is officially in the diary! PHASE 2: STRATEGY + PREP Once you're booked in, you'll receive a Welcome Email from me packed with all the important info about your upcoming Design Day. Inside, you'll find your 'client homework' (your guided prep work for gathering website content) and a link to schedule your Strategy Call. (usually 2 to 3 days before your booked Design Day). During our 30-minute Strategy Call, we'll confirm your chosen website template, go through your prep work together, and dive deep into your vision and website goals. This whole process ensures I have everything I need to hit the ground running on our big day! PHASE 3: WE BRING YOUR WEBSITE TO LIFE This is it! We kick things off bright and early at 9:00 am, and dive straight into bringing your website to life. We'll communicate via WhatsApp for real-time feedback. At 3:30 pm, we'll have our Handover Call to do a final review, where I'll walk you through your new website. By the end of the day, you'll be ready to launch! PHASE 4: LAUNCH + ONGOING SUPPORT My support doesn't end at launch! You'll receive 7 days of post-Design Day support for any small tweaks or questions that pop up. Plus, you get lifetime access to my library of training videos and resources, including all future updates, ensuring you always feel confident managing your site.

A Wix Premium Plan: To have a professional site and accept online payments, you'll need a paid Wix hosting plan. The 'Standard' plan is perfect for most venues. If you wish to use a channel manager to sync with other booking sites, you will need to upgrade to the 'Plus' plan. You can choose to pay for these monthly or yearly. What if I need more customisation than what's included in the template?No problem at all! The Website in a Day service is designed to be a fast-track process using the existing strategic layout of the template. If you require further significant customisations, like major layout changes or adding a blog, you can simply book a Design Day after our initial day is complete to tackle those extra tasks.

What if I need help with my site after it's live?I’m here to help as your business grows! If you need to update your booking descriptions, add new accommodation types after an expansion, or want help setting up a channel manager, these are all perfect tasks for a Half or Full Design Day. You can book my dedicated time whenever you need it.

Are there any additional costs for my website?Yes, and I believe in being completely transparent about this. Beyond my one-time service fee, every professional website has two essential ongoing costs to keep it live: A Domain Name: This is your unique website address (e.g., www.yourvenue.co.uk). If you already own a domain from another provider, we can easily connect it to your new Wix site. If you need a new one, you can purchase it directly through Wix. Don't worry, my tutorials walk you through both options! A Wix Premium Plan: This is your website hosting, which is paid directly to Wix (monthly or yearly). This plan is what keeps your site live, removes Wix ads, and allows you to take direct bookings. My tutorials will also guide you on how to choose the best Wix plan for your specific needs.

Do you write the copy for my website?While you will need to provide the core text and information for your website, I don't just leave you on your own! My "Website in a Day" service includes professional copy editing and refinement to ensure your message connects with your ideal guest. If you need more in-depth help writing your content from scratch, a Design Day is the perfect solution.

Will I need to be available on my Design Day?Yes, your involvement is what makes the day a success! You won’t need to be glued to your screen all day, but I do ask that you are readily available via WhatsApp. This allows us to have quick, real-time conversations and get your feedback instantly, which is key to making so much progress in a single day.

How far in advance should I schedule my Design Day?I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. This gives you plenty of time to complete the strategic prep work I send over beforehand, ensuring we can hit the ground running and make the absolute most of our day together.
