
My Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Jenna Corrigan Co, I take great care in delivering personalised website solutions and digital products to help your venue show up, stand out, and secure more bookings. My services are designed with your specific goals in mind, and I’m dedicated to providing top-quality, strategic support.
My goal is always to be as transparent and fair as possible. Please take a moment to review my refund and payment policy for my services and digital products. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch before making a purchase or booking.
Policy for 1:1 Design Day Services
(This applies to both Website in a Day and Design Day services)
Your Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your dedicated slot in my calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your exclusive date, meaning I turn away all other potential projects for that time.
Rescheduling Your Day: I understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule your Design Day, please provide me with at least 24 hours' notice before our scheduled start time. We can then move your booking to a new, suitable date in my calendar.
Cancellations: Because your deposit is used to hold your exclusive spot, it is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your project at any point, rather than reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payment: The final 50% balance is due one day before our scheduled date. If the final balance is not paid on time, your booked day will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required.
Policy for DIY Templates & Digital Products
Due to the instant, digital nature of my website templates, they are non-refundable once a purchase has been made. Because you get immediate access to the template files and the accompanying video course, I am unable to offer a refund after the fact.
I want you to love your template! Before purchasing, I highly encourage you to explore the live demo and read the full description to ensure it's the perfect fit for your needs.
However, I understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you feel you have a compelling reason for a refund, please contact me within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed explanation of your situation. I will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Once you’ve made a purchase, it’s yours to keep. Please be sure to read the product descriptions and explore the live demos carefully to ensure a product is the perfect fit for you before purchasing.
